Send originals. The file straight from your phone's gallery, not a WhatsApp/Telegram forward (forwarding strips the technical data that makes footage court-grade). Original files carry metadata such as time and possibly location: we protect it in a restricted vault and it never appears publicly; anything shown publicly is a separate blurred, stripped copy.

If that metadata worries you anyway, you may strip it before sending; the footage is still valuable.
